脫硫液以碳酸鈉作為堿源，總堿度為0.3～0.6N，NaHCO3：Na2CO3≥5且pH值為8.2～8.5；催化劑溶解后混入脫硫液。

工作時(shí)，含硫沼氣從脫硫塔底部進(jìn)入，與脫硫液逆向觸摸，硫化氫被堿液吸收，凈化后的沼氣從塔頂排出。吸收硫化氫后的脫硫液成為富液，流經(jīng)富液槽，再被泵打入再生槽，與空氣混合進(jìn)行再生，其間硫以單質(zhì)形態(tài)浮于槽頂，溢流到硫膏槽。再生后的脫硫液成為貧液，恢復(fù)脫硫才能，經(jīng)貧液槽，再被泵循環(huán)進(jìn)入脫硫塔持續(xù)脫硫。

The desulfurized liquid after absorbing hydrogen sulfide becomes rich liquid, flows through the rich liquid tank, is pumped into the regeneration tank, and is mixed with air for regeneration. During this period, sulfur floats on the top of the tank in the form of simple substance and overflows to the sulfur paste tank. After regeneration, the desulfurized liquid becomes lean liquid, and the desulfurized liquid can be recovered. After passing through the lean liquid tank, it is pumped into the desulfurizing tower for continuous desulfurization.
