Nitrogen separation membrane is a thin film made of polymer or inorganic materials, with a microporous structure. The size and shape of these micropores can be adjusted as needed to achieve selective permeation of specific gases. In nitrogen separation membranes, nitrogen molecules are relatively small and can penetrate through micropores, while other larger gas molecules are blocked on the membrane surface.
氮氣分離膜的工作原理可以分為兩個步驟：吸附和滲透。

Next is the infiltration process. Gas molecules adsorbed on the membrane surface will penetrate through the micropores of the membrane to the other side. Due to the relatively small size of nitrogen molecules, they can easily pass through micropores, while other larger gas molecules are blocked on the membrane surface. This selective permeation allows nitrogen to be effectively separated.
